Vickers and micro Vickers hardness testers

● According to the degree of automation of the test work cycle, HVA hardness testers belong to devices with a manual drive for lifting (lowering) the object table and an automatic cycle for applying (removing) test loads. The hardness tester has an electronic timer that allows you to set the exposure time of the sample under load in steps.
● The control panel of the device allows you to control the testing process - the application of the test load, exposure under load and load removal. Measurements of the diagonals of the imprint are carried out using an optical micrometer.

According to the degree of automation of the testing cycle, HVD hardness testers are classified as devices with a manual drive for lifting (lowering) the object table and an automatic cycle for applying (removing) test loads. The load in HVD hardness testers is set electromechanically from the control panel (the device is not equipped with weights). The display also indicates the test modes, the diameter of the indenter ball, the exposure time of the sample under load.
● The hardness value is automatically displayed digitally on the LCD after entering the indentation size measured with the reference microscope.
