Lathe chucks

Lathe chucks are among the most popular and critical types of machine tools. With precision lathe chucks, age and stockpiling are a hindrance.

Until recently, the bulk of lathe cartridges were supplied from the Republic of Belarus (plants Grodno and Baranovichi), but since 2003 their price has risen sharply, which began to restrain their use.

SKD assembly of precision turning chucks MICROTECH® was started in Kharkov in accordance with the ISO 9001:2000 quality system with 100% incoming control: in 2005, the first batch of chucks with a diameter of 250 with increased accuracy (class “P”), model 7100-0036, was produced with a taper fit, with compound jaws.

Today we produce (in cooperation with leading foreign tool factories) three groups of turning chucks of European accuracy and range:
- cartridges MICROTECH® type 1 "P" with a diameter of 80, 125, 160, 200, 250, 320, 400, 500 600 and 800 mm with a seat on the faceplate and spare parts kits for them;
- cartridges MICROTECH® type 2 "P" with a diameter of 200, 250 and 320 mm with a cone fit and spare parts kits for them;
- universal cartridges MICROTECH® type 1-2 "P" with a diameter of 80,125, 160, 200, 250, 320, 400, 500, 600 and 800 mm with a cartridge for a faceplate, with a faceplate-cone adapter and spare parts kits for them.
